Our friendly team of highly qualified functional and technical experts will guide you throughout the implementation of your new ERP solution. As well as your assigned consultants, your project will be supported by dedicated project managers and account managers to keep it on track, ensuring that it runs smoothly and fluidly.
Account managers will be in regular contact throughout the implementation of the project, and beyond. We want to make sure that customers optimise the use of their system and maximise the return on their investment.
Our consultants’ deep understanding of the systems we work with means they may be able to suggest alternative ways of working that may not have been considered before, but we always like to work collaboratively with our customers for the best possible project outcome, acceptance and user uptake.
Implementation
Your SAP Business One system will be tailored to your exact requirements, with the support of your dedicated project manager and team of SAP-certified consultants. Our Discovery and Design process involves us working closely with you to define your exact requirements, translating your business needs into a solution that works for your organisation.
We have extensive experience in helping customers roll-out SAP Business One throughout the world. With multiple languages and localisations built into the system, SAP Business One is as ideal for global businesses as it is for smaller businesses with ambitions for growth.
Training
Training is provided throughout the implementation of the system, but dedicated training days can be arranged with our consultants as and when required. Training can be adapted to your specific requirements if there is a particular area of the system that your teams need to focus on, so as not to overwhelm them with irrelevant information and ensure they get the most out every session.
We also run ‘Train the Trainer’ courses to give key users an in-depth knowledge of the systems, which they can then use to train their colleagues – this can be a cost-effective method of training up all users to get the maximum benefit from the system. Training sessions can be hosted at customer sites, in a classroom setting at Ascarii’s offices, or hosted via web meeting sessions according to customer preference.
Support
Our customers are the heart of our business and we pride ourselves on the level of customer support we provide, with an excellent customer retention record. Our support engineers are at the end of the line to give you the technical expertise and advice you may need for system issues you may encounter. We offer a portal for customers to raise tickets through the portal and view the progress of their issues and queries, as well as a knowledge base which provides a self-service library of frequently asked questions, documentation and best practices.
We also offer a range of care packs which provide a defined quantity of additional support and system configuration time. Care packs are available multiples of 100 minutes for a set fee, and can cover amendments to the system, simple report writing and additional training each month. Our care pack plan ensures you never lose minutes you have paid for, as they simply roll over from one month to the next, if the time hasn't been used.
Development
Our team of highly qualified SAP and AWS certified technicians work closely with our customers throughout the implementation of their project to ensure that it fits their requirements. All projects are blueprinted at the outset, and during this process, sometimes the need for further development work is identified to ensure the customer’s new ERP system is a perfect fit for their business needs. Each member of our technical team has many years’ of both functional and technical expertise, and all are highly qualified to carry out development work when required.
Our consultants are also experts in complementary software from world-leading technology vendors, such as AWS, Boyum IT and Codeless Platforms. They can use these products to develop custom screens, reports and integrations, as well as advise on additional possibilities that might become apparent during the implementation of your project.
Integrations
SAP Business One is a comprehensive solution that covers almost every aspect of your business, but sometimes customers want further expertise in particular areas.
With over 500 extensions specifically developed for SAP Business One, including eCommerce, advanced manufacturing etc, customers are able to optimise their solution to perfectly fit their company requirements. These partners are all accredited SAP partners and develop their solutions within the SAP Software Development Kit, meaning upgrades are simpler and user-uptake is quicker, as many of them work within the core SAP SME products.
This means that if customers want dedicated solutions to advance aspects of the core system, they will upgrade easily with new versions of SAP Business One, as and when they are released.
